Al Ain Culture and Convention Center Masterplan is designed to be a destination for the people of Al Ain. This unique development is centred around a Cultural and convention complex formed around three distinct oases creating a public park in the centre of the development.

The masterplan includes entertainment, leisure, commercial, residential, serviced apartments, and hotel sectors that are zoned to create quiet private zones and prominent public and commercial zones that together create a 24 hour, cohesive, vibrant mixed use development in tune with the surrounding context.

The development is designed specifically for the unique character and environment of Al Ain by providing green oases, shaded courtyards that capture the prevailing winds, and solid, tactile stone buildings. This means it is both rooted in its surroundings and is environmentally responsible.
